Caroline Neal Homicide
September 10, 2000

On September 10th, 2000 58 year-old Caroline Neal was working a night shift at a convenience store at 63rd and Oak in Kansas City when two masked men armed with guns entered the store.  Ms. Neal barely had a chance to comply with the gunmen’s demands when she was shot and killed.  The suspects, both black males, were wearing Halloween masks, one of them a mask such as the one from the “Scream” motion pictures.  The case remains cold.  A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to an arrest in this case.
